The location turned out to be particularly good and marvelous, just next door to the nearest shopping mall, and Palace of Golden Horse Management. The breakfast was delicious with a wide array of dishes.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was incredible. I was surprised with an upgrade and a beautifully decorated room for my wife's birthday, even though I didn't request it. It was truly a memorable experience. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Lastly, the breakfast served had a wide variety of options, perfect for satisfying everyone's taste buds. we had a great value for money experience at this hotel.
Everything was fine, no complaints.

Overall cleanliness and excellent decor. Generally good service. Good hotel amenities, good internet service. People at business center were very helpful, but service is a bit pricey. Breakfast buffet ok. Generally good transport to shopping, especially at the Mines. Water taxi was also nice.
Some of the staff in the Carousel Dining area were unattentive, and in one case just plain rude to the guest. The fruit was not replaced frequently, and during the week some of the fresh vegetables ran out, and diversity in the menu reduced. Pool staff were unattentive and inconsiderate. They closed the pool too soon (sunset) when some families wanted to continue using the pool. A little pricey.

warm regard from the staff
One of the security guard (with blue uniform: foreigner ) stare at my brother and me during our check-out. Since my brother is blind, I asked him to wait for me at the front desk while i went to reception counter. We feel uncomfortable since he stayed too close and watch every movement and want to know what we are doing. He treated us like we do something wrong.

I think the palace of golden horses is beautiful hotel specially for family because it has a spacious garden in the rear with lake. I saw the treatment of the service providers are with respect, but when we ordered dinner in room, the food was cold. I thing when I come back to Kuala Lumpor. I will stay at the golden horses without eating dinner in it.
